Our story is built on a strong foundation of hands-on experience, dedication, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. What started in 2000 with a love for carpentry has grown into a full-service construction company proudly serving our community since 2020.

Juan, the founder of ProShield Construction, began his journey as a union bricklayer in 2001 and gained a wide range of skills through years of hard work in the multi-family apartment industry. From weekend landscaping projects with his kids to becoming a certified HVAC technician and later a Maintenance Supervisor for a national property management company, Juan built his career from the ground up. By 2011, his deep knowledge, leadership, and work ethic earned him a mentorship role in the multi property industry. With over two decades of experience in construction, maintenance, and remodeling, Juan decided to step away from the corporate world in 2020 to pursue his dream—starting ProShield Construction.

ProShield Construction is fully licensed (ROC KB-1) and specializes in residential & corporate builds. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality work with a personal touch only a family-run business can offer.

Rosy, Juan’s wife and co-founder, oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Rosy brings over 25 years of customer service and industry experience to the team. Her attention to detail and passion for helping clients ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

ProShield Construction is proudly family-owned and operated. Together, Juan and Rosy are raising three amazing kids and building not only homes—but a legacy. We treat every project like it’s for our own family, and we look forward to helping you build yours.
